Triangle Industries, Inc. makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all on-line sales order transactions are processed and completed through our secure server. In the secure mode, while your computer is communicating with our server, all of your individual data is transmitted in an encrypted format to ensure the security of your personal information. Our secure on-line ordering system accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Should you not wish to pay by credit card transaction, you may choose to have us bill you if you have previously been approved for credit terms. You may also pay by money order in U.S. dollars, or by personal check, in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank, by completing the on-line order form and selecting either "Money Order" or "Personal Check", as appropriate, as your method of payment. You will receive an e-mail transmission confirming your order, and you will be requested to send your money order or personal check for the full amount of the transaction to: Customer Service Triangle Industries, Inc. 11993 Borman Drive St. Louis, MO 63146 For non credit card customers or customers with established credit terms, we will hold your merchandise for 14 days pending our receipt of your payment, after which time we cannot guarantee these items will remain in stock. We will ship your order immediately upon receiving your money order or upon the clearance of your personal check. Please note that personal check transactions may require several weeks to complete. All returned checks are subject to a service charge in the amount of either $20.00 or the maximum amount allowed by law; collection costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, and all costs and penalties permitted by law, incurred as a result of a returned check, will also be assessed. Shipping: Triangle Industries, Inc. ships to all 50 states, U.S. Territories and possessions, and to APO, FPO and military addresses by U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and by United Parcel Service (UPS). Generally, within the United States, we use UPS Ground Service which, while not guaranteed, usually effects delivery within 3-4 business days from the time of shipment. Shipping and handling charges within the United States are stated in U.S. dollars, and are based on merchandise totals and assessed at 7.5% of the total order amount. Unless you advise us to the contrary, by e-mail addressed to Customerservice@triangleind.com we reserve the right to select the method of shipping your order. "Handling time" for in stock products is usually 1-2 business days, and for special orders and out of stock items is 1 - 8 weeks. "Handling time" is the time needed to select and package your items for shipping. Please note that total delivery time is equal to handling time plus time for standard shipping. For credit card customers and customers with previously established credit terms with Triangle Industries, Inc., we generally ship your order within 1-2 business days of its receipt. For non credit card customers or customers without established credit terms, we will ship your order immediately upon receiving your money order or upon the clearance of your personal check. Returns and Exchanges: We guarantee your satisfaction with our products and services. Triangle Industries, Inc. and is committed to providing you a pleasurable shopping experience. All merchandise is carefully packed and packaged for shipping, but we suggest that you inspect your order closely upon its receipt to ensure that it is correct and undamaged. We will accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of your order; and, we will refund your shipping charges if our product was defective or shipped as a result of our error. Further, on occasion, while we do compile and/or share non-personal, non-individual statistical and/or demographic information with others, we never divulge personally identifiable information in these instances. When ordering, we collect only the information required to process and complete our customer's order.
